b. Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra; proceedings shall be conducted in English; and there shall be a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement, or failing agreement, by the appointing authority under the Act.

16. CORRECTIONS
We may correct errors or update information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

17. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
